Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Orbit Studio, you agree to these Terms.

Orbit Studio provides software tools for project management, client management, reporting, collaboration, file management and related business operations.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, password and access credentials.

Orbit Studio may offer a free trial. No payment card is required. The trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. Users must actively choose a paid plan before charges occur.

Subscription fees are displayed on the Orbit Studio website and may change with reasonable notice. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are generally not provided except where required by law, duplicate payments occur, billing errors arise, or Orbit Studio chooses to provide a discretionary refund. Full detail is in the Refund Policy.

Orbit Studio retains ownership of the platform, software, branding, content and associated intellectual property.

Orbit Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance from time to time.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated and should always be reviewed before use. See the AI Usage Policy.

Orbit Studio shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages, including loss of profits, business opportunities or data. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer during the twelve months preceding a claim.

Orbit Studio may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or the Acceptable Use Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
